YOG3101 – How is this Coronavirus pandemic going to end? Will we return to our ‘old selves’ and our ‘familiar normal’ after this pandemic, or will we transform ourselves in fundamental ways that we don’t yet know? The answer lies in how we cope with and grow through the unique challenges created by this crisis.
The Antaranga Mandapam Course introduces students to a “Healing Sangha”, and is designed to enable them to come together into a contemplative space, where they learn to listen to themselves and each other, in a self-reflective way. In the Yoga tradition, contemplative dialog involves deep internalising of sakhibhAva i.e. listening with affection and friendliness and sakshibhAva i.e. meditative listening without judgement.
In this course, students will create a safe and trusted community space, where they will deepen their sense of self-awareness and their ability to be open with one another. This will enable the students in the course to discover new ways of being and engaging with the oneself and the world, at a transformative moment, in our lives.
