TAT1104 – (C.P.H.S – Elective Course) Ayurveda – Advanced Nutrition is an experiential training course in Ayurveda Diet & Nutrition for students looking to take their learning to a more individualized level. This course is open to anyone who has previously taken an Ayurveda Course at HUA or has some background in Ayurveda.
This course will define the scope of Ayurvedic diet in non-communicable disorders like Obesity, Diabetes, Allergies, Colitis, Gastric problems etc. It will guide students to understand therapeutic nutrition and practices, and how they can be applied in our day to day lives. The course is intended to expand insights in traditional food science as it relates to personal and community health.
The learning will be interactive and experiential, helping individuals to incorporate Ayurvedic diet practices for various health imbalances. The course will cover unique, real-life case studies of people whom Ayurveda Diet and Nutrition has helped.
Vaidya. Rupali Panse has completed her B.A.M.S. in year of 2001 and certificate in child counseling in 2014 from Pune university India. She has 20 + years’ experience in Clinical Ayurveda, Panchakarma and Ayurvedic nutrition. She practices as an Integrative Nutrition, Wellness and Lifestyle consultant in Orlando USA. She is Vice president, AAF (Ayurveda association of Florida), FL, USA. She has been in panel of academic expert and teaching faculty in CCIH
